Kids Update

Wow I’m so behind I don’t even know where to start! I’m just going to go through my phone pics and throw out whatever comes to mind.

I have lots of HADLEY updates, probably the biggest one being…

She has been PACIE FREE for over a week now! If you don’t know H, this is HUGE. Several months ago I just accepted that giving it up was going to have to be on her time. Sure enough the less of a deal I made out of it, the less fixated she was on it. She asked for it while I was putting her down one night, I told her I couldn’t find it but we’d look in the morning, and that was it!

We also transitioned her out of the convertible cars seat to a harnessed booster this week. She feels like such a big girl riding in a seat just like Knox’s (except PINK!). She is all about PINK these days. Colors in general - she loves to pick out her bows and shoes - but pink is her favorite!

This is her new thing. Well she’s been doing it since Christmas, but things like this don’t even surprise me anymore with her… She used to scoot chairs to get to what she wanted, now she just hoists herself right up! So crazy to witness, most adults I know can’t do this.

This picture kills me! Knox is starting Little League this year so we’re trying to get together all the necessary gear. I am in total denial that I have a child big enough to wear real baseball pants! Belt too. We still need cleats and socks, but how cute is he?!?

And the 3rd baby…

Samson has pretty much doubled in size since the last time I blogged.

He went to the vet last Wednesday. At 2.5mos old he is (well WAS) 27lbs. He was 15lbs when we got him a month ago, so that is a 70% weight increase in 4wks.

And now you know WHY! Haha! James caught him like this a few weeks ago. He’d hijacked his food from the garage and was laid out just like this eating it straight from the bag. Can we say L-A-Z-Y?!??
