Alright, we've been battling a nasty double ear infection and 103.8 fevers this week, on top of me trying to design logos/letterhead and get Christmas cards out - so I have to apologize for not having a cute recipe card ready for this week...
However I do want to share my recipe for cut-out cookies because well, it's worth sharing!!! About 2 years ago I was looking for a fresh new recipe for my Christmas cookies when I came across Paula Deen's Monogrammed Sugar Cookies. Obviously, I don't sprinkle them with sugar and monogram them for Christmas, but it would be cute. And there's just something about using powdered sugar as oppossed to granulated that makes them soooo soft and fluffy! Delicious... Oh, and REAL butter is a must ;)
Another Christmas favorite of ours - Fantasy Fudge. (You know, the recipe on the back of Jet Puffed marshmallow cream.) I actually do have a card for this one, just have no energy to pull it off of my external hard drive. Sorry y'all... I promise I'll get them on here soon :)
Thanks to amoxicillin and a milkshake, he's now well on the way to recovery!
